Travelled here with my son's family: two adults, four kids. The "kids' suite was perfect. There were televisions in the bedroom, the living room, and the kids' room. I have stayed in a few Holiday Inn Express hotels, they are cheap and I guess I should have known not to expect too much. Rooms are functional and basic - clean enough. At this one, noise is a problem if you are sensitive to this. This is a busy hotel that is not spectacular in any sense, but overall clean and seems to have acceptable accomodations. Unless you are unfortunate enough to be issued room 260, or the rooms adjacent to it. We were tired from hiking on the rim when we checked in. We stayed in a presidential suite that came with 2 separate rooms. One had a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed. There's also a kitchen with a refrigerator and dining table.
