We stayed at the Allegro/HVWS from Sep 25-Oct 3, 2009. It was my second stay, but my only experience with the First Choice crowd. The Allegro was lovely. I found the food to be quite good overall, except for the English-ness of the breakfasts. I visited Alberto the Omelette Guy a lot to solve that wee problem. The fruits and veggies were SO nice and fresh--hard to come back to green bananas and woody tomatoes... meer

After a long 10 hour flight, we just wanted to get our luggage & get out the stuffy airport. 2 flights from the states came in after ours & all hell broke loose. Only one baggage x-ray machine was being operated & an ordely queue turned into utter chaos. FC staff greeted us outside and directed us to air condition mini buses. This was our first holiday abroad together, we had an amazing time! Accomodation - Basic but a nice place to sleep for 2 weeks ( Fridge would have been nice) Food - Nice but could do with more variety each night. The ice cream was lovely! Staff - Staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Entertainment - To be honest the overall entertainment was very basic but all of the first choice... meer

well what can i say??????? it was fab. everything about the holiday was great , the kids loved it as did we. The in2action team did it for us they were amazing they kept the children and my husband entertained ha so i had peace......... except for the welsh lot that wouldnt stop talking haha. x (get my biscuits)we are now looking to be a in2action stalker, wont be going to a hotel without them.... meer

Spent two weeks at this Holiday Village and had a great time. In2Action entertained us all day with water polo, quizzes and volley-ball. The evening entertainment was great (James your gonna be a star one day) . Learnt some new dances that hopefully we'll never have to do again :-) Rooms were very basic but clean, really could have done with a fridge. Food was varied but could have done with spiceing up. I have been to several all inclusives in Mexico and this was my third year in a row staying at an All Inclusive in Cozumel . My family enjoys the hospitality and friendly nature of our Mexican hosts . We also enjoy the food , and the beauty of the area . I'm a diver so when I'm in Cozumel I'm usually in a great mood . Overall, the resort was great. We were a large group of 20 and they accomidated to our needs. We had 11 kids with us. The food was excellent and resort was awesome. It was on the best side of the island and the water was perfect. The rooms are small but we spent minimal time in the room so that's unimportant to us. me and my boyfriend stayed in the royal suits jucuzzi and they are huge! best rooms ive ever stayed in. i would definitely upgrade to these if not travelling with children, you get your own restaurant, seperate section of the beach and no children allowed when you upgrade. There are 4 restaurants 3 are in the main hotel orinental,mexican, buffet and the mediterranean which was for royal suits. The food is lovely i never got... meer
