We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it's a nicely located in the center of Florence. We had a room on the top floor so quite some stairs to clime (for older people this might be tough). The room is cleaned well everyday, had a tv, ok bed. The bathroom could use some work but it was sufficient. meer
