My wife and I, Dennis Loyer, had no problems at all with the hotel and employees. Many of the rooms have only a "partial" view of the red rocks and these room views are really disappointing. Our receptionist was able to give us a better room after we complained. The balconies are small. The food was very expensive as were the drinks. Sedona area is perhaps the most beautiful landscape I have ever seen. meer

We stayed for three nights in a one bedroom suite and it was fabulous! Only thing missing was a fridge in the room but we took things out of the mini bar and used that. The spa treatments were wonderful and relaxing. There is even a pool for the adults to get some peace and quiet! My husband and I went on a small mini-vacation and visited sights in New Mexico and Arizona. We stayed at a few different hotels along the way and the Hilton Sedona was the BEST by far. Nice pool for families and family friendly restaurant. The suite that we had was very roomy and well appointed but I was a little disappointed that there was NO fridge (just the mini-bar). For our drive from Vegas to Santa Fe, we decided to forgo a stay in Flagstaff for a chance to see Sedona again. We chose the Hilton and were so glad we did. This is a beautiful property located south of town; providing a quieter atmosphere yet in walking distance of a few lovely restaurants. We spent five days at the Sedona Hilton. The view of the red mountains from the balcony was spectacular. The service was very good. The only negatives were little insulation between rooms, and having to pay an additional charge for internet use in an upper level hotel. Great value for the money, terrific, clean, spacious accommodations, beautiful views, great if you golf but 2 excellent pools available if you don't. Food at hotel restaurant was mediocre at best but there's plenty of other great eateries around. Location is a bit of a drive from the main 'drag' but worth it. meer

We got a room here through priceline for a very good price. even crappy hotels cost $90 in sedona, we got a room here for $115 + tax.
