First off I have to say the Halloween Haunt at Knott's is really great. Totally worth going to. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the hotel. This was our second time staying here for the Haunt. aircon doesnt work, staff are very unaccomodating. instead of transferring us to another room with a working aircon they let us stay in the same room while they fix it for 4 hours after midnight the kids went to bed in humid air because its already 2 am. and then it happen again aircon keeps turning on and off literary not because it reached the desired setting, and so they had to fix it again... meer
