In eerste instantie zouden we hier één nacht verblijven, maar de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was dusdanig goed dat we besloten hebben om hier op de terugweg nogmaals te verblijven. De locatie is op zich wat eigenaardig, achter de McDonalds en een tankstation, maar verder perfect gelegen, goed bereikbaar van de Everglades, eetgelegenheden en diverse shops. Homestead is een raar stadje dat erg wijdverspreid ligt. meer

Checked in immediately we arrived although we were hours early. Sonny Patel, the manager, greeted us personally. He had prepared a local map of restaurants and attractions. He had negotaited with local businesses to get his customers discounts etc. We ate at a very good fish restaurant( a short walk) and had free wine. We requested a quiet room and wanted a swim. We were put next to the swimming pool and were very quiet.... meer

The neighbourhood of this hotel is not so friendly with many warnings to let no properties in your car. The hotel building/area is clean and nice. We stayed in a 2 queen bed-room. The size of the room is a litte small for Travelodge motels, but will do. There was a nice LCD screen, but no digital TV. The bathroom was clean but a little old and needed some refurb. Price balance good. meer

We spend a very good time in that hotel. Very nice are the chairs and table outside the room to be out of the room and sit and relax in front of it. The nice planting around the hotel area let you forget the highway next to the hotel. Breakfast very good. Free PC/internet. Very nice front desk (thank you Komal, best wishes!) and helpful personnel. Good location to drive to the Keys and Everglades.... meer

Like others, I was skeptical of all the glowing reviews of this place but within seconds of talking with the owner, Sunny, and making our reservation, it was clear this was the rare individual who actually cared if you stayed at his place. My husband and I stayed in a non smoking, lovely room right next to the pool which I thought would be too noisy for our dog,but it was a very well insulated... meer

Lots of local color, not just your usual Travel Lodge. Clean, adequate. Good location for trips into Everglades National Park and Key Largo. Single story with park in front of your room convenience. Staff was very helpful. meer

This is a great motel the room was spotless and was cleaned to a high standard every day, the air con was great, there are table and chairs outside the room so you could sit and have a drink, there is McDonalds and Dennys right next door, the manager Sunny was very friendly recommending some really great restaurants. Free continental breakfast. Near to shopping outlets a lovely drive to Florida Keys is a must, there... meer

Rooms where Very clean and well decorated. Close to the marina where I lanched my boat. Grounds were well maintained and staff was very polite. Rooms are a bit over priced in comparison with the surrounding hotels. All in all I would recomend it to friends. meer

This was the best stay I have had at any hotel in quite some time. The General Manager Mr. Sunny Patel was great. The day I stayed at this hotel I just got finished riding my bike seventy five miles with a group of thirty three hundred bicycles for a great cause" Multiple Sclerosis".
