I recently stayed at Mount Dora Cottages which are owned by the same folks who have the Historic Inn. Anna, one of the owners, made us comfortable in an adorable Rose and Ivy themed Cottage. The cottage was clean and the full sized kitchen was very well equipted. Additionally, the cottages are mere steps from historic downtown Mount Dora and a short drive to the antiques market. Stayed two days at the Mt. Dora Historic Inn. Beautiful setting and nice rooms. Excellent breakfast prepared by the innkeepers. Very helpful innkeepers. The bed and breakfast was within walking distance of the shopping/restaurant district. Never moved the car the two days we stayed. Perfect location and great place to stay.
