We stayed here recently for a short respite from the hustle & bustle of a city a short distance away. It was everything we could ask for & more. This is a unique place to stay with it's different room themes loaded with comfort. We stayed in a separate room each night & yes some rooms are smaller than others, but there is plenty of room for 2 normal sized adults to move around comfortably.... meer

This B&B contributied in making this a memorable trip for my husband and I. The Garden retreat with the hot tub was secluded and private. The facilities at the beach were an added bonus and made beach trips easier.The staff was great and the food, breakfast, social hour, and desserts were fabulous and over the top! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. We had asked them (via email before we arrived) to recommend some restaurants for our celebration. When we arrived, there was a small bottle of champagne on ice in our room with a congratulatory note - very nice gesture. This was our first trip to St. Augustine and my husband and I spent three nights in Anna's Room. The inn more then met our expectations.....from the wonderful breakfasts to the friendly staff and charming accommodations.....all was perfect. We took advantage of the free passes to the Lighthouse as well as their beach property which provided us with free parking, towels, chairs, etc. The location was perfect...close to everything and we especially enjoyed just relaxing... meer

This is my second trip to St. Francis Inn and will not be the last. This trip was with girlfriends and we stayed in the cottage. What a great time having an entire house to ourself to sleep in late, stay up late to talk over our day's events or to just feel like a nap when you need one. My husband and I can't say enough about this place. It was our first time in a bed and breakfast and were celebrating our 15th anniversary. We stayed in the Saffron Suite and found it to be a perfect choice for a romantic getaway. Months were spent researching places in the area and as you can see, this inn has consistently earned high marks, where as other establishments would range from very poor to great.... meer

This was our second time staying at this B&B. We had tried it one quick weekend the previous August and were so pleased that we decided to spend our 10th wedding anniversary here. I didn't think I would enjoy a B&B since I am not usually a very social person but found I was completely comfortable. We celebrated our 25th anniversary at this charming B/B. We stayed in the Balcony room, which was very nice with a wrap around balcony. The bottle of champagne and the sherry were a nice touch!
