We come here without reservation and walked in the office. No one there but there was a phone with the number from the owner. Called them, inspected the room and took it! The bed was comfy, the shower pressure is great, the room clean and full of thoughtful little extras such as a bag of microwave popcorn, sunscreens, beach towels and a real hair dryer. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the pier and on the beach. It was great to have the laundry facility available. The computer room was very quiet.
