The beds are hard, they need to be updated, not quality. I had to put something in the frig it was a bit dirty. The water does not stay hot during shower it fluxes hot cold. meer

We found this wonderful historical B&B in our AAA Tour Book, called enroute to Boise and were most satisfactorily accommodated. Our room was cozy and comfortable, but we didn't spend too much time in it as there was so much to see and do within an easy walk into downtown Boise. Betty was most helpful with directions. You just never know what to expect when you stay at a BnB--I found the Heritage Inn on line and thought -it cost less then the Hilton-- I was very pleased. I cannot imagine that we stayed in the same B&B as the other reviewers who wrote such glowing tributes. We had a totally different experience. I think the B&B was at one time a lovely place but it is now very tired and needs to retire. meer

Needed a place to stay for one night in Boise. Found them on Lonely Planet and Betty and her husband were very accommodating at very short notice. This is such a great B&B! Betty was so kind and accommodating. She took us to our room and showed us how everything worked and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was so charming, as was the atmosphere. We stayed in a beautiful room with a sun room off of the bedroom. It was great to sit in there and read. Breakfast was phenomenal! We traveled to Boise for a wedding. I opted for the inn because of the location and the reasonable rates. Our room was very nice, as were Craig and Betti.
