What a find! This was our very first experience of B&B, US style. Selected based on other reviews, and glad we did. Dan was the most charming host, who couldn't do enough to make us feel we were at home. Coffee & cookies when you need them, and the most wonderful breakfast (thanks Tony). I have stayed at the Green Heron Inn two times and both times were amazing. The first time I went was with my mom and the second time was with my boyfriend. I love everything about the inn. The way it is decorated makes you feel at home right away. Every room is clean and well kept. The books on the shelves make you feel like you just want to sit and read for hours.... meer

We loved this comfortable inn! the breakfasts were incredible. Our hosts, Dan and Tony were helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with a nice common area. The inn was a short walk away from a sand beach. The views along ocean avenue were beautiful. You can walk to town (1 mile) were there was a nice choice of restaurants. My wife and I stayed at the Green Heron Inn for our honeymoon. It was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean and modern. The food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful.
