We stayed in the Niagara Room. The bed and armoire were beautiful, however, the mattress was pretty bad, as we both ended up in a "pit" in the middle of it. The lighting in the room was dim, and the bathroom was small with a very small shower stall. Breakfast was good, but were not offered more than what was put on the table. My husband and I have been "Inn Goers for the past 10 years stayin only at B&B's and this was one of the nicest B&B's we have stayed at. Our room was large, very clean, comfortable and very quiet,there are large grounds to relax outside. Innkeeper did a very nice presentation for breakfast, making it special and was very good each morning,(we liked the peach pancakes best). It was a nice easy drive to all... meer

My husband and I stayed at this B&B on July 19-21. We loved the incentive that they offered which provided us with $40 to use for dinner at a local restaurant either on Keuka or Seneca Lake and VIP passes for the wineries on Keuka Lake. The VIP passes saved us a lot of money, because we never had to pay for a tasting! I would highly recommend that you take advantage of this deal.... meer

My husband & I returned to Wagener Estate B&B & the Finger Lakes area for another stay this time in the off season, this B&B has gone beyond fulfilling our expectiationsons each time we stay. My fiance and I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast in October. Let me tell you that we had the most wonderful weekend. My boyfriend had surprised me by asking me to marry him and the inn keeper was so great, she had helped him with suggestions on where to go to make it the most special occasion. On the surface, this is a nice B&B - quiet, large rooms, lots of charm. However, there are drawbacks. Tiny bathrooms: only one person can fit at a time, which means it takes a couple twice as long to get ready for dinner, etc. Breakfasts were pretty good, but on both mornings, the eggs were cold and there was no effort to bring out seconds (we were a group of six). I stayed at Wagener Estate for two nights in mid October, and would recommend this small establishment to anyone. My stay was part of an important celebratory holiday with my wife, for which I had high hopes, and was not disappointed.
